A guest arriving, a room to prepare, heating to adjust, access to a shared space: in a small property, many tasks fall to the same people.

We work with you and your installer to coordinate access and building systems, choosing functions that genuinely ease management. The project may be a B&B, a few apartments or a small hotel, each with different requirements and budgets.

Functions to choose together

• Access: temporary codes or cards, depending on the solution, for rooms and authorised spaces.
• Room climate: rules based on how rooms are used, with settings and limits defined by the manager.
• Electrical loads: distinguish controllable loads from services that must remain powered.
• Supervision: view available status information and control systems from the workstation specified in the project, including remotely where configured.

A solution built around how you welcome guests

An unstaffed guest house has different priorities from a hotel with a reception desk. We therefore start with the guest journey and management tasks: how guests arrive, which spaces they can enter, what should remain manual and what makes sense to automate.

In existing properties, we also assess how to integrate new functions with the systems already installed, planning work around the business's needs.
