A desk near a window receives different light from one further inside. A meeting room is used intermittently; a training room or classroom needs to be ready for lessons and presentations. Some rooms need different temperatures or restricted access. Spaces change function, and schedules are not always the same.

These differences are our starting point for lighting, climate, controls, access control, integrated intruder alarms and multimedia management. We support installers and business teams in defining control logic suited to real working patterns, with attention to comfort and energy use.

Different spaces, consistent management

• Lighting: assess control based on daylight levels, using sensors and control devices suited to the installation.
• Climate control by zone and room: set separate temperatures and operating periods for offices, meeting rooms, shared areas and service rooms, according to use and the installation's capabilities.
• Schedules and scenes: coordinate lighting and climate control with activities, organising recurring operations and reducing unnecessary loads at the end of the day.
• Monitoring energy use: monitor energy demand and compare trends with schedules and space use to identify waste and anomalies that may indicate a fault.
• Access control: manage entry in smaller businesses too and restrict access to protected areas, defining who can enter each space according to business requirements.
• Integrated intruder alarm: coordinate security functions with the building's controls and scenes. We have also delivered office solutions in which intruder alarms and automation work together.
• Audio/video for training rooms and classrooms: bring audio and video controls together to simplify starting lessons and presentations. Coordinate multimedia management with lighting and room scenes, based on the equipment specified in the project.
• Controls and supervision: make useful functions accessible to occupants and bring controls and consumption data together for those managing the installation.

Make changes where they matter

A project may begin with climate control in a few rooms, consumption monitoring or access to a restricted area before extending to the rest of the building. We assess the existing installation together and select components and integrations to suit the intended result.

We contribute MS products, control-logic expertise and support for the professional installing the system. Energy benefits are assessed for each case, based on actual usage conditions.
